Where Pigs Fly Farm is raising a limited number of heritage breed turkeys for Thanksgiving. Our customers raved about their tender flavorful birds last year- so you don’t want to miss out! We offer two varieties: Bourbon Red and Royal Palm. Both retail for $9.00 per pound. Yes we know that is a big jump from what we charged last year…we learned some valuable lessons about the true cost of pasture-raised heritage turkeys! Bourbon Red turkeys are known for their broad breast and rich flavor. They typically weigh 9 to 18 lbs. For those that would like a smaller bird, we offer the equally flavorful Royal Palm turkey, with a typical weight of 6 to 13 lbs.
